Proximus & OVAL challenge with playful activation: Can you catch the fibre?

Proximus was looking for an activation concept to collect prospect and customer data in an accessible way while making the power of fibre tangible for a wide audience.
Together with OVAL, this was realised in Catch the Fiber: an interactive installation that allows visitors to experience the power of Fiber in a playful way. Visitors are challenged to catch the ball of light at the right moment and test whether they can keep up with the speed of fibre. As a reward, they receive a gift that makes their daily lives a little easier, just like Fiber.
Autonomous and mobile setup
The Catch the Fibre machine can be used autonomously. Thanks to an in-built industrial modem and customised software, data collection is fully automatic and requires no additional effort on the part of the host(ess). Thanks to its intelligent design, the device is ultra-mobile and can be moved to a new hotspot in no time at all.
Impressive experience, measurable results
With at least 5 activations per month and an average of 50 participants per day, Catch the Fibreproves its impact immediately. The concept combines an impressive brand experience with concrete results: an intelligent, flexible and future-orientated activation.
